9月18日至20日，湖北省测绘局直属机关党委举办了局属单位书记研讨班，局属各单位党委书记、党总支部书记和党支部书记共14人参加研讨。

　　会议就抓好局机关和局属单位党建工作提出要求。一要加强干部理论学习，不断更新知识，适应测绘事业发展需要，建设学习型机关。二要围绕局工作大局，积极做好组织保证和思想教育工作。三要坚持民主集中制原则，树立廉洁公正、务实的良好作风。四要搞好监督保证。

　　会议还对《省测绘局党组关于落实基层党建工作责任制的责任分解意见》、《湖北省测绘局机关和直属单位干部政治理论学习制度》、《湖北省测绘局党员领导干部民主生活会管理制度》、《关于落实省委（关于贯彻落实<建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系2008—2012年工作规划>的实施办法）工作任务的分解意见》、《关于贯彻落实<2009—2013年全国党员教育培训工作规划>的意见》、《湖北省测绘局2009—2012年发展党员工作规划》、《湖北省测绘局2009—2013年创建文明单位规划》等七项工作制度进行了讨论。与会人员畅所欲言，谈心得、谈体会、谈认识，更加明确了做好党建工作的方向，增强了做好党建工作信心和勇气，并就如何进一步加强党建工作提出了意见和建议。

　　会议在总结时强调，各级党组织一定要认真贯彻落实会议精神，结合测绘工作实际，认真研究新情况，不断总结新经验，切实增强做好党建工作的责任感和使命感，努力开创党建工作新局面，为测绘事业的发展提供有力的政治和组织保证。
