  巴南高速公路是我市除广巴高速公路之外的另一条高速公路。该路的线路走向如何?有哪些出口?本报为此采访了巴南高速公路公司副总经理郜进良。
  
  全长117.65公里,建设工期为3年
  
  巴中至南充高速公路全长117.65公里,估算总投资80亿元,建设工期为3年。由川高公司牵头,南充、巴中两市参与组建的南巴高速公路有限公司为项目业主。该高速公路起于巴州区东兴场刘家坝,接待建的桃园(川陕界)至巴中高速公路路线终点,与在建广巴路互通,途经巴州区的恩阳镇、柳林镇、下八庙镇,南充市仪陇县的金城镇、土门镇,南部县的铁佛塘镇、东坝镇,在西充县的李桥与待建的广元至南充高速公路相接。全线采用双向四车道高速公路标准建设,设计时速为80公里。
  
  巴南高速公路在选择路线方案时始终坚持安全、舒适、环保且节约土地和技术可行、经济合理的建设原则。既要符合四川省高速公路网规划以及巴中市、南充市等沿线城镇总体规划,又要合理利用地形,最大限度减少占用土地、耕地、林地,多用山地、荒地,保护农田水利设施。在设计路线时力求做到与周围环境和地形相协调,与区域内天然气资源输气管道分布相协调,保护生态环境,实现可持续发展。
  
  直线距离缩短为280公里
  
  3小时飙到成都

  
  从成都梁家巷坐车到巴中目前有400多公里,需要7—8个小时。巴中至南充高速公路建成后,巴中至成都的距离将缩短为280公里。按设计时速计算,巴中至成都、重庆只需3个多小时。

  为巴中经济注入活力
  

  如果说四川是全国路网的“西部终端”,那么地处川东北与陕西毗邻的巴中则直接是“终端之外的终端”。翻检巴中的公路,我们不难发现,北进与西汉高速遥遥相望,南出同成渝线隔河相对,向东与达万铁路、襄渝线无缘,向西未能直接融入成都、广元两个枢纽地。没有航空、没有铁路,仅能依靠的公路且不说形成网络,连基本的环线功能都不完全具备。边缘化和末端化的交通状况,直接影响和制约着巴中在全省经济发展中的地位和作用。
  
  随着社会经济不断发展,巴中市将成为服务腹地承接辐射的重要承接点。而巴南高速公路是我省高速公路网规划中成都引入线成都至南江县至陕西高速公路的重要组成部分,为泛珠三角区域高速公路网规划巴中至昆明高速公路的重要路段,也是我省北向的重要出川通道。巴南高速公路的建成对巴中市的经济发展空间和潜力具有独特优势;其次,巴南高速公路是完善川渝陕相邻地区高速公路网的需要。巴南高速公路作为四川省高速公路网规划中的重要组成部分,通过建设该区域东西方向的巴中—达州—万州高速公路、广(元)—巴(中)高速、汉(中)—巴(中)高速等公路共同构成我国西北部的陕西、甘肃与重庆及我国东中部地区联系的大通道,形成川东公路运输干线网络。此网络对拉动运输需求,推动川陕渝物流经济和区域交通一体化发展具有独特优势。
  
  加快沿线老区人民脱贫致富步伐

  巴南高速公路在我省经济发展中具有重要地位,首先从规划来说,它是我省高速公路网中成都经巴中到陕西的高速公路的重要组成部分,也是我省出川的重要通道。从发展战略来说,在我省构建西部综合交通枢纽中,巴南高速公路与在建的巴广高速公路,以及即将开工的巴达高速、巴桃高速构建了巴中十字型交通主枢纽,支撑了区域性四级交通枢纽,也支撑着西部交通主枢纽。
  
  巴南高速公路纵贯巴中、仪陇革命老区,是老区连接省内主要经济区的重要纽带。该项目建成后,对进一步完善我省高速公路骨架网络,畅通我省北上出川通道,提升南充区域性次级交通枢纽地位,增强巴中交通节点城市对外通达能力,构建西部综合交通枢纽,加快川北革命老区扶贫开发,具有重大意义。
