青岛地铁一期将如何施工，建成什么模样？记者昨日从市地铁指挥部办公室获悉，青岛市地铁一期工程设计招标已经全部结束，工程勘察、设计工作全面展开。地铁的勘察、设计对于地铁功能实现、项目建设推进、安全质量、运营管理以及展现青岛地方特色等方面起着至关重要的作用。在青岛地铁勘察设计中标单位中，“国字号”企业为中坚力量。

    青岛地铁要做精品工程

    据介绍，市地铁指挥部办公室和地铁公司高度 重视勘察、设计招标工作，严格按照招标程序对设计方案进行审查，力争将青岛地铁做成精品工程。为保障公平公正，邀请市纪委、监察局有关领导全程参与，对招标工作进行监督。我市地铁一期工程总包管理由北京城建设计研究院中标。

    “国字号”领头做设计

    最终的地铁设计中标结果显示，实力强，技术优的“国字号”将挑起青岛地铁勘察设计大梁。设计咨询由中铁二院中标。工程勘察划分了2个标段，青岛地矿岩土工程有限公司和青岛市勘察测绘研究院中标。工点设计划分了5个标段，北京城建设计研究总院、中铁第一勘察设计院集团、中铁隧道勘测设计院、中铁工程设计咨询集团、中铁第五勘察设计院分别中标。

    系统及车辆段设计划分了6个标段，一标段通信系统、综合监控系统，由中铁二院中标；二标段信号系统、自动售检票系统，由中铁第一勘察设计院中标；三标段供电系统，由北京城建设计研究总院中标；四标段机电设备系统，由中铁电气化勘测设计研究院中标；五标段轨道工程，由北京城建设计研究总院中标；六标段车辆段，由中铁二院工程集团中标。中标单位均是国内资质高、经验丰富的专业设计单位，有多年的地铁设计经验。

    目前，各单位已组织精干力量展开设计工作；地质初步勘察已完成，详细勘察准备开始。

     Metro design win the final results show that strength, superior technology, "Guo Zihao" will provoke Qingdao Subway survey and design beam. Design consulting the Central Railway 2 House bid. Engineering investigation into the two tenders, the Geotechnical Geology and Mineral Resources, Qingdao Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Municipal Institute of Surveying and Mapping successful investigation. Industrial point design divided five tenders, the Beijing Urban Construction Design Research Institute, China Railway First Survey and Design Institute Group, China Railway Tunnel Survey and Design Institute, China Railway Engineering Consulting Group, China Railway Survey and Design Institute were awarded fifth.

     Design of systems and depot divided six tenders, a bid of communication systems, integrated monitoring system, the Central Railway Hospital two successful; two tenders signal systems, automatic fare collection system, the Central Railway First Survey and Design Institute won the bid; three tenders power supply system, awarded by the Beijing Urban Construction Design Research Institute; four tenders electrical and mechanical equipment systems, electrification of the Central Railway Survey and Design Institute of the successful tenderer; five tenders rail project, awarded by the Beijing Urban Construction Design Research Institute; 6 Standard Duan Depot, Central Railway Engineering Group won the bid two homes. Successful units are internally highly qualified and experienced professional design units, has many years of design experience in the subway.

     Currently, all units have been organized by elite forces to begin the design work; geological preliminary investigation has been completed and detailed investigation to begin.
