中国首个中俄双语城市客运GPS管理系统日前在内蒙古满洲里投入使用。

　　据了解，满洲里是内蒙古自治区首家在城市客运全行业推广应用GPS（全球定位系统）管理系统的城市，同时也是中国首个将中俄双语应用于城市客运GPS管理系统的地区。满洲里市是中国对俄罗斯最大的口岸城市，也是中国最大的铁路口岸城市。

　　目前，满洲里市GPS+GPRS管理系统监控中心已建成，正在开展全市客运车辆管理系统设备的集中安装工作，现已完成近200辆出租汽车的设备安装。

　　此次GPS管理系统推广实施“三免费”，即对全市1073辆出租汽车及223辆公交车实施设备免费安装、设备免费维修和系统免费使用，对客运经营者不收取任何费用。车辆安装接收终端设备后，显示屏上将显示中俄双语的提示信息。

　　满洲里市城市客运管理站站长吕彤介绍说，GPS与GPRS（分组交换系统）两项技术的结合应用，实现了满洲里市客运车辆的定位导航及信息传递，将有效完善客运服务网络，提升行业服务质量，保障车辆、乘客及司机的安全，方便应急事故抢救处理。
