　　该系统是由大庆市国土资源局委托黑龙江测绘物资供应站承建。2008年8月启动，经过一年的建设和调试，于2009年8月起正式运行。系统设有6个基准站，分别位于龙凤区、大同区、林甸县、肇州县、胡吉吐莫镇和新站镇境内，平均边长70公里，网外最远可延伸65公里，完全覆盖大庆市22000平方公里区域。

　　大庆市连续运行卫星定位综合服务系统将三星（美国GPS、俄罗斯GLONASS、欧盟GALILEO）定位技术、计算机软件技术、网络通信技术等集成一体，由基准站、数据中心、网络通讯及用户应用子系统组成。系统全天候连续运行，能够满足城乡规划、城市建设与管理、城乡测绘、交通管理、国土资源管理、灾害监控、环境监测、公共安全、气象预报等各行业不同用户对导航、精密定位及快速实时定位的需求，可为“数字大庆”建设提供高精度动态空间定位信息服务。

September 7, Daqing City, continuous operation of integrated services satellite positioning system, through expert review. The system is composed of Daqing City, Heilongjiang Surveying and Mapping Land Resource Bureau commissioned the construction material supply station. Daqing continuous operation of integrated services satellite positioning system will be Samsung (U.S. GPS, the Russian GLONASS, the European GALILEO) positioning technology, computer software technology, network communication technology are integrated from the base station, data centers, network communications and user application subsystems Groups Cheng. The system around the clock continuous operation to meet urban and rural planning, urban construction and management, urban and rural mapping, traffic management, land resources management, disaster monitoring, environmental monitoring, public safety, weather forecasting and other sectors of different users of the navigation, precision positioning and rapid real-time location of the demand for "digital Daqing" construction provide high-precision dynamic spatial orientation and information services.
