[人物]祖国不会忘记—张晓乐

新中国的民航事业,从无到有,从小到大,走过了60年的风风雨雨,经过几代人的共同奋斗,取得了举世瞩目的成绩。这其中包含着无数民航人的辛勤汗水和满腔热血。

    我的爷爷是1958年从空军调入民航北京管理局所属航测大队工作的,这是新中国组建的第一支民用航空测绘大队。当时正值国民经济第一个五年计划时期,在党的“鼓足干劲、力争上游、多快好省地建设社会主义”总路线的指引下,在党中央关于民航工作要实现“两翼齐飞”的要求下,民航在完成传统航空运输任务的同时,迅速开拓了航空测绘(勘探石油、矿产)这一通用航空的新领域,以更好地服务于国民经济的发展。

    每当我与爷爷在一起聊天的时候,老人家经常情不自禁回忆起过去的那些岁月,我隐约感觉到他仿佛是沉浸在一种美好回忆的享受之中。

    刚成立航测飞行大队时,使用的都是当时苏联制造的飞机,由于工作性质的原因,一年四季几乎都是在外地工作,所去的地方主要在西南、西北、东北和内蒙古、新疆以及青藏高原,飞行工作和生活条件非常艰苦。每当外出执行任务时,除飞机本身安装测绘仪器外,还要携带帐篷、锅灶、简单交通工具和医务药品等。由于飞机小载重有限,经常是飞机载设备,地面人员则是坐火车、汽车,甚至畜力车前往基地。空中飞行几个小时,地面就要走上几天,经常几个月吃不到新鲜蔬菜。爷爷担任着领导工作,要经常下基层检查指导工作,有时要自带被褥和日常生活用品,来回需要几个月时间。就是这样的艰苦环境,丝毫没有影响他们这一代航空测绘人员的革命激情和乐观主义态度,因为他们心中时刻装着伟大的祖国。

    今天,跨越世界屋脊的青藏铁路的第一期工程,由青海省西宁至格尔木的路线就是上世纪70年代航测人驾驶着飞机飞出来的(当时还没有卫星遥感技术)。由于青藏高原海拔高,空气稀薄,含氧量低,没有高压锅,开水的沸点低,一日三餐吃的都是夹生饭,长期营养不良,再加上由于长时间在高原工作,许多人不同程度地患上了高原病。大家克服各种困难,积极地协助铁路勘探设计部门,圆满地完成了航空选线任务,为今天青藏线的全线通车开了一个好头。

    爷爷特别提到,上世纪60年代为了新中国国防事业发展的需要,他们在极其保密的情况下,进行了铀矿航空勘探工作。说着说着我忽然发现老人家的眼眶浸满了泪水,我问爷爷为什么流泪。他说,当时这种珍惜的铀矿都是在蕴藏在高山峡谷之中,航空勘探飞行线路中的地形、气象条件非常复杂,工作条件极端危险,飞机经常在峡谷中穿梭飞行,有时机翼两端离两侧山体只有十几米。当时的飞机没有现在高性能的电子设备,只有简单的雷达,在山间峡谷中飞行只能靠驾驶员的目测来完成,遇到突然变化的山区气象,只能摸索飞行,随时都存在着生命危险。我们航测人为了祖国的国防事业,发扬不怕苦、不怕死的大无畏精神,以英雄的胆略,为我国原子弹、氢弹的成功爆炸贡献出了自己力量,甚至是生命。

    这其中有些人因发生空难而牺牲,由于地理原因甚至连尸体都无法找到,他们长眠于高山峡谷之中。说到这里,爷爷哽咽了。他接着说,烈士们牺牲时有的才20多岁,还没有结婚,有的孩子刚刚出生就永远地失去了父亲。每当我代表组织处理这种空难事故善后工作时,看到烈士年老的父母、年轻的妻子和在襁褓中的婴儿时,无不心情沉痛。为了祖国社会主义经济建设的需要,为了祖国早日强大,作为新中国的航测人,他们义无反顾地登上飞机,翱翔于蓝天,把自己的一生献给祖国的民航测绘事业。

    爷爷最后语重心长地对我说,作为新一代民航人,你一定要弘扬老一代民航人无私无畏、勇于献身的崇高精神,珍惜自己的工作和生活环境,认认真真做人,踏踏实实做事,为我国民航事业作出自己的贡献。
