一个箭步跃上地震断裂带造成的两米的高坡，西华大学建筑学专业2006级学生龚政开始认真观测周围的建筑物和地形。“地震断裂带两边50米内都不能盖房，我们必须把这个距离精确地测绘出来。”作为该校“三下乡”灾后重建社会实践服务团的队长，龚政带领另外10名队员已在四川省彭州市白鹿镇紧张工作了1个多月，对当地40多个建筑点进行了专业测绘。

　　“服务当地所需，发挥学生所能”，进入暑期以来，在中宣部、中央文明办、教育部、共青团中央和全国学联的组织下，来自全国各地的1200支大学生暑期“三下乡”社会实践服务团奔赴地震灾区，积极投身到工程设计、环境保护调查、产业发展规划以及医疗、支教等多项灾后重建工作当中。

　　脚穿黄胶鞋，身背15公斤重的仪器，手拿砍刀奋力开路，蒙蒙细雨中的四川龙门山区，一小队人马行进在荒草丛生的密林里。“白鹿镇塘坝村的居民安置点没有水源，我们要绕过两座山，到对面的水源地测量高程。”西华大学土木工程专业2006级学生张济平说，山区不仅交通不便，天气状况也比较恶劣，时常是刚架好测绘仪器就开始下雨，只能等天晴后继续测量，所以往往在山上一呆就是一天。

　　大学生们的吃苦耐劳和专业素质，让白鹿镇党委书记高天成十分佩服。“我们镇地处山区，没有成片的平地，只能在数十个点分散地安置群众。如果请专门的测绘公司来勘测，要么是不愿接，要么是要价太高，我们就想到了长期联系的西华大学。”高天成说，一开始他对大学生的测绘水平心里也没底，就拿原来测好的点进行考查，结果发现，这些学生完全能够胜任。“他们为灾区办了实事！”

　　灾区重建工作千头万绪，交通重建也是其中的重要一环。8月7日，四川省彭白公路通济桥的三岔路口处，几名青年头顶烈日，专心致志地测量着路上的车来车往。“去年地震时，我们深刻感受到交通中断是抢险救灾的重要障碍，彭白公路目前是联系彭州市和龙门镇的唯一生命要道，规划建设第二条通道很有必要。”西南交通大学灾后交通重建博士党员服务队的陈坚说，他们将测算出车流量等基础数据，供彭州市交通局参考使用。

　　彭州市交通局总工程师姜克锦说，基层的技术人员力量薄弱，这支强有力的博士生服务队为当地的交通规划出谋划策，提出了很多建设性的方案，很有参考价值。

　　在服务灾区重建过程中，四川省89所高校发挥地缘优势，积极对接地震重灾区县，建立起“一校一地”的对口服务基地，充分利用学校的学科优势和学生专业特长，在社会实践和志愿服务中建立起长期有效的工作机制。

　　四川农业大学今年5月与绵阳市涪城区青义镇签订了实践基地合作协议，并分批派出农业科技小分队，为灾区的农业重建与发展贡献心力。“今年西南地区雨水多，水稻很可能大面积染上稻瘟病，必须赶在抽穗期之前打上农药防治。”在青义镇大龙村一户农家的稻田里，该校植物保护专业2007级学生刘地根背起药桶，亲自示范如何适量地喷洒药物。此前，小分队开展的多次种植、养殖培训班每每吸引上百名农民踊跃参加，提前印制的1000多份助农手册已基本发完。

　　短短一两个月的时间，大学生“三下乡”志愿者的身影遍布各个重灾区县。中国传媒大学服务团在都江堰市向峨乡棋盘新村建起了广播站，每晚6：30准时开播；西南科技大学服务团在绵阳市麒麟村开展城乡环境综合考察，为当地经济发展献计献策；四川大学服务团在北川板房区开办了爱心夏令营，为孩子们带来欢笑和希望……
