　　今年7月，由连江县气象局主持研制的国内首款综合型气象防灾减灾综合预警终端机“风信”研制成功。“风信”以地理信息系统为基础。据连江县气象局相关工作人员介绍：“以前都是通过电话联系、传真等形式进行预警通知，现在可以通过预警终端机，发布预警信号。当水位超过设定的数值或雷达强回波时，预警终端机还可以通过声音报警和短信发布信息，提醒工作人员注意。”

　　“通过手动触摸屏幕，既可以查询相关气象自助站的数据，如历史台风信息、即时天气预报等，也解决了许多人不会使用电脑的烦恼，同时做到了气象灾害信息的共享。”工作人员说。
