一、领导高度重视

      接到《关于组织学习宣传国家测绘局第一大地测量队先进事迹的通知》后，结合我馆工作实际，馆领导组织制定学习宣传活动计划，调整工作安排，将学习宣传活动融入到正常工作之中，并且大大的促进了工作，提高了广大干部职工的工作热情，全馆上下充满了向英雄的国测一大队学习的浓厚氛围。

      二、明确学习内容

      根据中宣部新闻局安排，主要学习阅读8月5日—8月9日期间，人民日报、新华社、解放军报、光明日报、经济日报、科技日报、工人日报、中国青年报、中国妇女报、农民日报、法制日报、中国国土资源报、中国测绘报连载刊发的报道和评论文章；学习收看中央电视台《新闻联播》《焦点访谈》《新闻调查》《新闻会客厅》栏目播出的国测一大队先进事迹；学习收听中央人民广播电台的新闻播报节目；学习参与人民网、新华网、央视国际、光明网、中国广播网推出的国测一大队先进事迹专题报道及网民交流。

      三、细化学习形式

      1、个人自觉学习。收到《关于组织学习宣传国家测绘局第一大地测量队先进事迹的通知》后，要求全馆干部职工利用业余时间收看、收听中央主要新闻媒体对国测一大队的先进事迹的宣传报道，鼓励大家积极参与国测一大队先进事迹专题报道的网上交流及评论。

      2、各科室范围的学习交流。各个科室上班时间，根据工作实际情况，由科室领导负责组织各科室的学习和交流，指定专人朗读中央主要新闻媒体关于国测一大队先进事迹的宣传报道或点评社论，并展开讨论，谈体会谈感受进行交流。

      3、全馆统一学习交流。在活动中，分阶段的组织全馆干部职工集中学习国测一大队的重要先进事迹和宣传报道，展开大讨论，讨论主题是：作为测绘人，我如何向英雄的国测一大队学习，怎样弘扬“热爱祖国，忠诚事业，艰苦奋斗，无私奉献”的测绘精神。

      四、认真组织学习

      8月10日下午，我馆组织全馆干部职工学习国测一大队先进事迹座谈会，先后学习了桂测发[2009]64号文件，即《关于组织学习宣传国家测绘局第一大地测量队先进事迹的通知》精神、人民日报报道文学《大地雄心》、评论文章《忠诚事业的楷模》和《甘于奉献的榜样》、新华社采访报道《大地作证》、《国家测绘局第一大地测量队大事记》等内容。通过四天来观看学习相关的新闻报道，再加上这次统一组织学习，大家对国测一大队有了深刻的了解，无不为他们的先进事迹所感动，纷纷表示一定要向国测一大队学习，立足本职岗位，努力工作，广大干部职工的学习热情和工作热情十分高涨。

      五、加大宣传力度

      1、通过积极向广西测绘行政网投稿的方式宣传报道我馆的学习宣传活动情况。

      2、在我馆广西测绘成果档案信息网首页“新闻动态”栏目中及时报道我馆学习进展情况和宣传内容。

      3、计划近期组织出版一期专题宣传版报，内容预设学习剪影、报道摘文、社评社论、心得体会四个栏目。

      六、严格活动要求

      1、加强领导。此次组织学习宣传国家测绘局第一大地测量队先进事迹活动，各科室负责同志一定要提高认识，认真组织学习，不把此次活动当儿戏，而是以此次活动为契机，大力弘扬测绘精神，培养广大干部职工从事测绘事业的荣誉感和自豪感，提高从事测绘事业的使命感。

      2、统筹协调。要把这次学习宣传活动贯穿于日常工作之中，进行合理的部署安排，统筹兼顾，促进各项工作更好地进行和完成。

      3、人人参与。一定要体现此次学习宣传活动的群众性，充分调动大家的积极性，达到主动学习、自觉学习，积极发言讨论，每人至少写出一篇质量较高的学习体会文章。
