首颗民用立体测绘卫星绘出立体实景

  国家测绘局在近日主持召开的全国地理信息产业峰会上介绍,我国第一颗自主的民用高分辨率立体测绘卫星——资源三号卫星将于2011年上半年发射。卫星研制已进入初样阶段,包括运载火箭系统、地面系统和应用系统等在内的其他各分系统的建设工作正在加紧进行,工程建设进展顺利。
  通过立体观测,可以测制1∶5万比例尺地形图,可以开展国土资源调查与监测,还可为农业、灾害、资源环境等领域提供服务。
  在未来的立体影像中,高耸的山体、陡峭的河谷、矗立的灯塔、高架的桥梁、绵延起伏的公路、有棱有角的房屋等等将真实地出现在你的视野里,通过立体观测,可以测制1∶5万比例尺地形图,开展国土资源调查与监测,还可为农业、灾害、资源环境等领域提供服务。
  不久的将来,我国第一颗自主研制的民用高分辨率立体测绘卫星——资源三号,将填补我国立体测图这一领域的空白。

  ■ 测绘功能

  一直以来,我国在获取各种地理空间信息时,主要依靠航空摄影测量手段,但由于航空拍摄受天气等诸多因素影响无法实时有效地获取原始影像,因而对高分辨率卫星遥感影像的需求异常迫切,资源三号卫星将解决原始影像贫乏这一制约我国地理信息产业发展的瓶颈问题,但它到底是怎样立体测绘呢?

  三线阵相机立体拍摄
  国家测绘局国土测绘司副司长、资源三号卫星工程项目办公室主任孙承志介绍,资源三号卫星共装载4台相机,采取三线阵立体拍摄。所谓立体拍摄,就是三台线阵相机按照前视、正视、后视方式排列(一台朝前、一台朝下、一台朝后),这样沿着一条轨道上卫星飞行的每个位置都有三台相机跟踪拍摄三个位置,模拟人的眼睛看,前视和后视组合之后就可以形成一个立体的影像。
  “在高分辨率上,这三台相机其中三线阵里面朝下的正视相机分辨率是2.5米,前后视两台相机是4米,另外一台多光谱相机优于10米,它主要在蓝、绿、红和近红外4个不同波段上判断地面物体的属性,并分段测绘,形成彩色影像。”孙承志说。

  同一地点重访周期为5天
  卫星在一个固定的轨道上飞行,可对地球南北纬84度以内地区实现无缝影像覆盖,从地球上看,轨道倾斜大概是6度,这样使得拍摄的地面物体属性都很接近。
  卫星绕地球飞行每转一圈之后都会有个角度,它覆盖全球运行一次的时间是59天,到第59天飞回到原来的第一个轨道,这样的回归一年大概有6次。星体本身有一个测摆功能,利用这个功能,如有特殊需要,它能够在5天之内对同一地点进行拍摄,也就是重访周期为5天。卫星的设计工作寿命为4年。

  ■ 重要应用

  可测制1∶5万比例尺地形图
  资源三号卫星上天后,将主要用于基础地形图的测制和更新以及困难地区测图和城市测图,其主要功能为用于1∶5万比例尺立体测图和数字影像制作,以及1∶2.5万等更大比例尺地形图部分要素的更新,将建立基于资源三号卫星的基础地理信息生产与更新的技术应用体系。
  “我们国家目前测图的主要手段是航空摄影,目前中国航空摄影成像能力一年在70万到100万平方公里,远远满足不了国民经济发展的需求,还要购买国外商业卫星拍摄的影像”,孙承志说,“资源三号卫星可以有效解决这一问题,成像前通过计算机对不同位置影像进行配对、条纹消除、色差偏正等预处理工作,最后合成一个可量测的实景三维立体影像模型,进行立体测绘,这项工作将克服我国没有原始卫星影像的缺陷。”

  为农林水土资源提供决策信息
  在农业领域,资源三号卫星可以为各种规模的农作物监测、农业工程规划等提供高分辨率卫星影像,满足农业资源调查、结构调整等方面的需求。而在林业领域,可利用高分辨率影像对森林病虫害、森林火灾等进行调查和监测,及时提供危害范围和等级等信息。资源三号卫星提供的立体影像还可获得植被、阴影、沙壤、轻壤等遥感分量图,融合影像色彩丰富、纹理清晰。
  此外,利用高空间分辨率卫星影像,可提取江河流域的土地利用类型和植被信息,为一定水深的悬浮物和泥沙分布研究、河口近海水域盐度与温度测量、水体叶绿素浓度估算等提供重要的辅助决策信息。

  可提供环境交通领域监测信息
  在环境监测领域,资源三号卫星可为流域水污染、大江、大河水环境质量、重大污染物泄露、矿产资源开发的生态破坏、城市生态等多方面的连续监测提供5米至10米空间分辨率的卫星影像,实现大范围、全天候、全天时的动态环境监测。
  在交通领域,资源三号卫星的高分辨率影像可用于公路、铁路的初步设计、交通绿化设计等领域。在输电线路工程中,应用卫星影像资料在缩短路径长度,避开不良地质带(如滑坡、崩塌、泥石流、强地震区等地段),减少房屋拆迁,选择较佳交叉跨越点等方面效果显著。

  资源三号卫星优势在哪?
  记者:与以往航空摄影测量相比,资源三号卫星的优势在哪里?
  孙承志(资源三号卫星工程应用系统建设总指挥):以往航空摄影,受天气因素影响很大,比如有雨的天气就不能拍摄,导致一年成像面积只有70万到100万平方公里,而且是把所有比例尺都算上的,而资源三号卫星为解决这个矛盾,利用回访功能,以特区为单位,可以避开受天气因素影响的地方选择其他拍摄地方,并且生成的是一个可量测的实体模型,我们可以通过计算机直接量测实体模型,不用全部到野外进行实地测量,就可实现数据的准确采集。同时也实现了影像加工和整理的整体数字化。

  模型与实体地物之间有无误差?
  记者:实景模型与实体地物之间有无误差,误差多大?
  孙承志:实景模型与实体地物之间是存在误差的。不同比例尺误差不一样,比例尺越大,相应的精度要求就越高(误差越小)。1∶5万比例尺地形图要求高程精度达到5米,在一些高山地区还达不到这样高的精度。对1∶2.5万这样大的比例尺地形图,对它进行修测与更新是可以的,但要达到这样的高精度还是比较困难。资源三号卫星设计的测图比例尺是1∶5万,所以在进行1∶2.5万比例尺地形图测量时只能满足部分要素。

  卫星工程建设进展如何?
  记者:资源三号卫星研制需要经过几个阶段,进展如何?
  孙承志:资源三号卫星研制分三个阶段,共36个月。第一阶段是方案设计阶段,共6个月,提出了资源三号卫星工程总体建设方案,并对遥感影像压缩质量评价等关键技术指标进行了研究。第二阶段是初样研制阶段,需要18个月完成,包括运载火箭系统、地面系统和应用系统等在内的其他各分系统的建设工作,目前工程进展顺利。第三阶段是正样生产阶段,就是卫星正样生产与上天准备阶段,需要12个月以完成全部工作。
