8月7日，国家测绘局重庆测绘院召开干部会议，传达贯彻全国测绘系统领导班子思想政治建设暨测绘工作汇报会精神，并就如何进一步加强全院各级领导班子思想政治建设建设，提升测绘保障服务能力进行讨论。

　　会议指出，全国测绘系统领导班子思想政治建设暨测绘工作汇报会是测绘系统深入贯彻落实党的十七大精神、十七届三中全会和中纪委三次全会精神，进一步《中央组织部关于进一步加强和改进领导班子思想政治建设的意见》，总结推广测绘系统领导班子思想政治建设经验的学习交流会议，对新形势下进一步加强和改进领导班子思想政治建设，增强测绘保障服务能力，推动测绘事业发展具有十分重要的意义。

　　会议要求，一要加强理论学习，提高政治素养。要以学习实践科学发展观活动为契机，深入开展理想信念、宗旨意识、党性修养、廉洁自律教育活动，不断增强各级领导班子理论素养，提高思想水平，坚定中国特色社会主义道路不动摇。二要加强作风建设，树立良好形象。继续保持和发杨艰苦奋斗、求真务实的工作作风，树立开拓进取，奋发向上，忠于职守，忠诚事业的良好党风政风，坚持民主管理、民主集中，严于律己，率先垂范，不断提升“三个文明”建设的能力；三要继续解放思想，促进事业发展。围绕《国务院关于加强测绘工作的意见》和“四位一体”

　　发展战略，深入开展发展方向、发展布局的研究和谋划，进一步解放思想，拓展思路，从深度和广度上促进测绘事业的快速发展.四要把贯彻落实会议精神与学习实践科学发展观活动相结合，认真抓好整改落实阶段各项工作，切实解决职工群众关心的热点问题，营造和谐、稳定良好工作氛围。
