　　8月11日，国家测绘局重庆测绘院组织干部职工收看、收听国测一大队先进事迹新闻报道，并座谈讨论。

　　老同志们在观看新闻报道后抚今追昔，深情回忆起当年那一段艰苦峥嵘的测绘岁月。他们说，国测一大队是全国测绘战线上一面鲜艳的旗帜，建队56年来走过的风雨历程，也是新中国测绘事业发展的一部缩影。中央新闻媒体此次大规模宣传报道国测一大队，充分体现了党中央、国务院对测绘事业的重视和关爱，不仅是对英雄大队的褒奖，也是对全国测绘工作者的鞭策和激励。当年在测绘装备和技术极其落后的年代，老同志们凭着对祖国的深情热爱，对事业的无限忠诚，攀峭崖、越大川、爬雪山、趟冰河，战胜了各种常人难以想象的艰难险阻，用自己的双脚丈量着祖国的山河大地，把青春和生命融入到手中的刻度和图上的点位。

　　曾在上世纪90年代初赴新疆参与昆仑山西1:5万地形图测图任务的退休老同志孙光裕、赵钰铭等老同志回忆起当年的作业场景仍感慨万分：当年在仅依靠双脚行走，雇毛驴、骑骆驼等简单装备的条件下，他们利用常规经纬仪，用交会法作业的方式，完成了新疆昆仑山西1:5万地形图4万多平方公里的航测外业测绘工作，在皑皑昆仑雪山和塔克拉玛干大沙漠中布设像控点500余个。正是依靠这种“特别能吃苦、特别能战斗”的伟大测绘精神，测绘人才能藐视“生命禁区”，创造出一份份无愧于时代的业绩，而这种高尚的情操和伟大的道德情怀早已经深深镌刻在以国测一大队为代表的全体测绘人身上，永远值得大家去学习，去传承。

　　机关中层干部们在学习英雄测绘大队事迹后说，如今测绘事业环境和条件发生了翻天覆地的变化，以前很多不敢想象的事在今天变成可能：西部测图工程的实施圆了几代测绘人的夙愿；海岛（礁）测绘一期工程项目、现代测绘基准基础设施建设一期工程项目获批立项，高分辨率立体测图卫星地面应用系统项目稳步推进……虽然测绘事业的发展取得突破性进展，但国测一大队等老一辈测绘人传承下来的不怕苦、不怕累、不怕牺牲、艰苦奋斗、爱岗敬业、无私奉献的精神始终没有变，要做好本职工作，发挥人生价值，把一大队的精神转化为兴院爱院、爱院如家的实际行动，推进重庆院信息化测绘体系建设、人才培养、管理改革和测绘文化建设不断取得新的更大成绩。

　　新来院的大学毕业生们在发言中表示，学习国测一大队，就要学习他们热爱祖国、坚定信念的崇高思想；学习他们忠诚事业、勇于创新的高尚品质；学习他们以身作则、团结和谐的优良风范。他们一致表示，要继承和发扬国测一大队的精神和作风，砥砺品格，踏实工作，全面提升自身素质，把自己的发展同祖国的命运和院的发展紧密结合起来，为建设测绘强国和重庆测绘院美好的明天贡献自己的青春和智慧。
