  7月31日,北京市测绘设计研究院召开半年绩效考评工作会议。院领导班子成员与全体中层正职领导干部参加考评会。

 

  考评工作围绕年度工作目标实施情况,包括部门任务、重点项目、交办任务、日常工作,以及工作中需要协调解决问题等项内容,采取部门领导汇报、院主管领导点评、与会人员评估的方式,考评结果划分为优秀、良好、一般和有待改进四档。

 

  该院领导在综合点评时认为,实行工作绩效考评是成功的,以目标为导向,目标管理机制为拉动,较好展示了部门与全局、上级与下级、近期与远期、过程与结果的关系。有利于领导干部了解全面,把握自身,有利于及时发现问题,协调工作。绩效考评中各部门都制作了PPT,按照统一模版格式,部门一把手汇报,院主管领导点评,生动活泼,效果好。绩效考评中,大家对形势判断一致,对三个“保持”目标认同,加大了经营力度,出了实招,加强管理,积极创新,初见成效,取得了与去年持平的经济效益。会议要求,各部门要总结考评工作经验,要鼓干劲、抓机遇、健全制度、促发展、创佳绩。
