7月29至8月1日，首届全国普通高校大学生测绘技能大赛在河南省焦作市隆重举行。本次大赛由教育部普通高校测绘学科教学指导委员会、国家测绘局职业技能鉴定指导中心和中国测绘学会等三家单位联合主办，由河南理工大学承办。宁津生院士担任竞赛组委会主任，杨凯、韩力援、王侬、贾文平担任副主任。大赛特邀全国22所高校的32名教授担任评委。来自武汉大学、同济大学、解放军信息工程大学等32所高校的128名选手参加了比赛。

　　大赛以《中级工程测量员国家职业标准》中的知识和技能要求为基础，适当增加新知识、新技术和新技能等内容，采取理论知识考试和技能操作考核相结合的方式进行，比赛项目包括水准测量、导线测量和数字测图三项内容。

　　经过3天紧张而激烈的角逐，解放军信息工程大学、河南理工大学和山东科技大学取得团体前三名。竞赛中理论知识考试和操作考核成绩均合格的115名参赛选手，将颁发给工程测量员中级/四级国家职业资格证书；取得优异成绩的13名参赛选手，将颁发给工程测量员高级/三级国家职业资格证书。

　　本次竞赛活动的成功举办，必将进一步推动高校实践教学改革的深入进行，激发测绘高校学生学知识、学技术、学技能的热情，对提高学生综合素质，增强学生就业能力，具有十分重要的意义。

7 from 29 to August 1, the first national survey and mapping skills to college students in the contest was held in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. Ning-sheng, director of Academy of Sciences as the race organizing committee, Yang, Han Li Yuan, Wang Lennon, served as deputy director of Jia Wenping. Competition invited 22 of the 32 colleges and universities as a professor at the judges. From Wuhan University, Tongji University, the PLA Information Engineering University, 32 of the 128 colleges and universities took part in the race.

Competition with "mid-level national occupational standards project surveyor" of knowledge and skill requirements based on an appropriate increase in new knowledge, new technologies and new skills, etc., to take the theoretical knowledge examination and skills to operate a combination of examination, and events, including leveling, traversing and Digital Mapping the three elements.


After three days of tension and fierce competition, the PLA Information Engineering University, Henan Polytechnic University and Shandong University of Science and Technology made the top three groups. Theoretical knowledge of race and operational evaluation test results are 115 qualified participants will be awarded to the project surveyor Intermediate / 4 National Vocational Qualification Certificate; outstanding achievements of 13 athletes, will be presented to the senior project surveyor / c level national vocational qualification certificates.


The success of competition is bound to further promote the practice of teaching in colleges and universities to carry out reforms, to stimulate students of University of Surveying and Mapping knowledge, technology, learning skills, enthusiasm, to improve the overall quality of students, enhance student employability, has a very important significance.
