8月3日，国家测绘局重庆测绘院召开中层以上干部会，学习贯彻李克强副总理在参观全国地理信息应用成果及地图展览会时的重要讲话精神和国家测绘局《关于认真学习贯彻中共中央政治局常委、国务院副总理李克强参观全国地理信息应用成果及地图展览会时的重要讲话精神的通知》文件精神。

　　大家认为，李克强的重要讲话，从全球经济、科技发展、保增长、保稳定、服务社会、服务民生的高度强调了地理信息产业作为国家战略性资源的重要性，充分肯定了改革开放以来地理信息建设取得的丰硕成果和在科学决策、城乡规划、国土管理、生态环保、抗震救灾和国防建设等方面发挥的重要作用，指出了地理信息产业的发展方向和发展前景，再次充分体现了党中央、国务院对测绘工作的高度重视和大力支持，为推进新时期测绘改革发展，推动地理信息产业发展指明了方向，明确了重点，提出了要求，增添了动力，对重庆测绘院的地理信息产业发展具有重要的指导意义。

　　会议要求，一要及时组织各个测区的职工学习贯彻李克强重要讲话精神，认真领会讲话的精神实质和深刻内涵，增强做好测绘工作的责任感和使命感；二要将学习贯彻李克强重要讲话精神与深入学习实践科学发展观相结合，与《国务院关于加强测绘工作的意见》相结合，把思想和行动统一到党中央、国务院的保增长、保稳定、促发展的决策部署上来；三要立足当前，着眼未来，深入思考重庆测绘院地理信息建设的发展方向，明确发展思路，找准信息化测绘体系建设的突破口和切入点，抓住机遇，迎难而上，推进院的信息化建设取得实效；四要积极参与数字重庆地理信息空间建设，不断提升测绘保障服务能力，切实发挥测绘在公共服务、民生需求、“五个重庆建设”等方面的重要作用；五要充分利用院网站、简报、墙报等宣传媒体大力报道干部职工学习贯彻李克强副总理重要讲话精神的成效，在全院形成积极进取、奋发向上、改革创新、推动发展的良好氛围。
