新疆维吾尔自治区第一测绘院六分院是自治区级“青年文明号”。该分院以“我如何做一名合格的号员”为题，开展自我公开承诺活动，以达到促进分院干部职工自我要求自我承诺自我约束自我完善、促进分院全面进步的目的。

　　该活动从2009年7月开始，为期半年时间，分为四个阶段：自我承诺、承诺公开、履行承诺、检查总结。自我承诺期和承诺公开期分别为一周时间，履行承诺期约四个月时间，总结检查期约一个月时间。自我承诺即“青年文明号”号员把自己作为一名党员、一名团员、一名技术骨干、一名作业员等的最基本要求以书面形式写出来，达到目标明确、切实可行、便于监督的目的。承诺公开即把自我承诺的内容告知全分院的职工，以便于大家监督检查。履行承诺即以实际行动来履行自我承诺的内容。检查总结即全分院对大家履行自我承诺的内容进行对照检查和民主评议，对履行承诺较好的同志给予奖励。

　　目前，该活动正处于自我承诺期，全体号员正在对自我承诺的内容进行积极思考，并形成书面材料。随着承诺活动的进一步开展，将会激发出全分院干部职工自我思考、自我激励、自我完善，形成自我提高的强大动力，推动分院各项工作全面协调健康发展。
