从梁思成先生为之终身奋斗的理想――“居者有其屋”,到吴良镛先生孜孜以求、不断实践的目标――“安得广厦千万间”;从梁思成先生提出的“体形环境论”,到吴良镛先生开创的“广义建筑学”和“人居环境科学”,清华大学建筑学院经过了六十多年的发展历程。

六十年来,清华大学建筑学院在人才培养、科学研究、理论创新、创作实践和国内外交流等方面,始终保持领先地位。目前,建筑学院已经形成“建筑•规划•景观•技术”四位一体、交叉融贯的学科架构,以及六年制本硕统筹培养方案及教学计划。建筑学院是清华大学实施国家“211工程”、“985工程”的重点建设单位。供热供燃气通风与空调工程二级学科是该领域唯一一个国家重点学科。建筑学一级学科被认定为国家重点学科,并在2003年和2008年全国一级学科评估中,连续两次被评为第一名。
六十年来,清华大学建筑学院共培养了近五千名毕业生,他们在国家建设岗位上、在国际建筑舞台上辛勤耕耘,涌现出了一批建筑大师、两院院士、学术名家,造就了一批中国建筑事业各个时期的领军人物。

六十年来,清华大学建筑学院取得了丰硕的研究成果,如中华人民共和国国徽设计、人民英雄纪念碑设计、获得国家自然科学一等奖的中国古代建筑理论及文物建筑保护研究、北京菊儿胡同新四合院设计实践、清华大学图书馆新馆设计、广义建筑学理论、人居环境科学、《北京宪章》、建筑节能研究等,已经成为中国建设史上的重要成果乃至世界建筑界的标志性事件。

二十一世纪是中国建设事业迅猛发展的黄金时代,建筑学科与建筑教育在国家现代化建设和社会、经济、文化发展中的地位和作用越来越重要。面对未来,清华大学建筑学院在国家“十一五”规划和学校建设世界一流大学战略目标的总体部署下,明确了以“专业帅才”为目标的人才培养战略,确定了“一个基础、二点关注、三项结合”的发展思路,即以人居环境学科为基础、关注国家建设前沿和学科发展前沿、教学科研和实践三结合。

清华大学是中国著名高等学府,是中国高层次人才培养和科学技术研究的重要基地之一。清华大学的前身是清华学堂,成立于1911年。目前,清华大学设有14个学院,55个系,已成为一所具有理学、工学、文学、艺术学、历史学、哲学、经济学、管理学、法学、教育学和医学等学科的综合性研究型大学。清华大学目前有在校本科生13900人;在学研究生12179人,其中博士生5316人,学术学位硕士生5055人,专业学位硕士生7124人。

作为清华大学14个学院之一,清华大学建筑学院的前身――清华大学建筑系由著名建筑学家梁思成先生于1946年10月创办。1988年成立建筑学院,设建筑系和城市规划系;2001年4月,原暖通空调专业从热能系进入建筑学院,组建建筑技术科学系;2003年10月,成立景观学系。目前,学院设有4个系:建筑系、城市规划系、景观学系和建筑技术科学系;8个研究所:建筑设计研究所、建筑历史与文物建筑保护研究所、住宅与社区研究所、建筑美术研究所、景观园林研究所、资源保护与风景旅游研究所、建筑与技术研究所和建筑环境与设备工程研究所;1个中心:国家遗产保护研究中心。3个规划设计实践基地:清华大学建筑设计研究院、北京清华城市规划设计研究院、北京清华安地建筑设计顾问有限责任公司。此外,跨院系成立的科研综合体清华大学建筑与城市研究所、清华大学人居环境研究中心和清华大学建筑节能研究中心依托在建筑学院。还有3个省部级实验室:建筑节能教育部工程研究中心、生态规划与绿色建筑教育部重点实验室、空间信息技术国家文物局重点科研基地。

建筑学院2008~2009学年度学生总数为1088人。其中本科生549人(建筑学专业432人、建筑环境与设备专业117人);研究生539人,其中硕士研究生173人(建筑学5个二级学科与美术学140人,暖通空调33人),工程硕士146人,风景园林硕士16人,博士研究生204人(建筑学一级学科158人,供热、供燃气、通风与空调专业46人)。

建筑学院现有在职教师104人,其中教授38人、副教授44人。教授中有中国科学院院士和中国工程院院士4人:吴良镛(两院院士)、关肇邺、李道增、江亿。通过人才引进战略引进“杰青”1人(顾朝林)、“百人计划”1人(李晓东)、“长江学者”特聘教授1人(杨旭东); 聘请Ron Henderson为专职副教授;聘请周干峙院士、马国馨院士、邹德慈院士、张锦秋院士、傅熹年院士、汪光焘教授、费麟教授、刘武君教授为兼职教授。教师中具有博士学位者66人,占63%,具有一年以上在国外学习和工作经历者68人,占65%。学院教师队伍整体素质好,理论基础和基本功扎实,热爱教学和学生,注重教书育人,富于团队精神,形成了严谨求实的院风,近年来不断增强改革创新的活力,教学质量得到稳步提高。

 

 

 

 

Tsinghua University is China's well-known institutions of higher learning, is China's high-level personnel training and scientific and technical research, one of the important bases. At present, the Institute has four grades: the Department of Architecture, Town Planning Department, Department of Landscape Architecture and Building Technology Science; 8 Institute: Institute of Architectural Design, Architectural History and Architectural Heritage Conservation Institute, the Institute of Housing and Community, Architectural Institute of Fine Arts, Landscape Institute, the Resource Conservation and Tourism Institute of Landscape, Architecture and Technology Research Institute and the Building Environment and Equipment Engineering Institute; a Center: Research Center for the Protection of National Heritage. 3 Planning and Design Practice Base: Architectural Design & Research Institute of Tsinghua University, Beijing Tsinghua Urban Planning & Design Institute, Beijing Tsinghua an architectural design consultant to a limited liability company. In addition, the establishment of research跨院系complex of Architecture and Urban Research Institute of Tsinghua University, Tsinghua University Research Center for Human Settlements and Energy Conservation Research Center of Tsinghua University, based in the School of Architecture. There are three laboratories at provincial and ministerial levels: Building Energy Research Center of the Ministry of Education project, ecological planning and the Ministry of Education Key Laboratory of Green Building and space information technology, State Bureau of Cultural Relics key scientific research bases.

School of Architecture 2008 ~ 2009 academic year a total of 1088 students were. School of Architecture 104 existing in-service teachers, of whom 38 were professors, 44 associate professor.
