　　为全面了解和掌握在地理信息市场专项整治工作中对测绘违法案件的查处情况，确保专项整治工作取得实效，请按照《关于做好测绘违法案件备案工作的通知》（测办〔2006〕23号）要求，及时将2009年上半年已结案案件的有关材料报送备案；对尚未结案的案件作出简要说明；并将上半年的执法工作情况填写《测绘行政执法情况统计表》（请见附件），于8月31日前一并报送我司。
