日前，江西省吉安市国土资源局为做好测量标志的保护维护工作，积极为测量标志“上户口”，逐级签订保护维护责任书，落实测量保护人，办理委托保管手续，切实把测量标志的保护和维护工作落到实处。

　　他们的做法是：成立领导小组和工作机构，层层签订年度工作目标责任书；收集和整理测量标志的基础资料；对照测量标志进行实地核查；对测量标志逐一进行登记发证“上户口”，确定每座测量标志的土地登记面积为9-16平方米，土地使用权人确定为测量标志所在地的县级测绘行政主管部门。对测量标志占用的国有土地，可直接进行划拔或划转；对占用集体土地的按省高速公路征地补偿标准征收为国有，进行土地权属登记。测量标志进行权属登记后，办理委托保管手续，委托测量标志所在地的就近人员进行保管，每年付给一定的报酬；对测量标志完好情况逐一登记，并拍摄测量标志点及保管人的全景照片存入档案备查。

　　到目前为止，该市有13个县（市、区）共358座测量标志都已上了“户口”，并落实了委托“保护人”。
