中国地图出版社加强对新员工培训

2009年,中国地图出版社共招聘18名应届大学毕业生,打破了历年招聘纪录。新生力量的加入,有利于进一步提高人才队伍的素质,也为该社今后的发展蓄积了力量。

 

  为使新进员工更好地实现角色和身份的转换,帮助他们尽快了解出版社业务情况,尽早熟悉自己本职业务工作,早在他们入社之前,社人事部门就会同总编办公室,制订了详细的培训计划。培训计划为期三个月,分四个阶段。第一个阶段是入社教育。社领导及相关业务部门负责人向新进员工介绍出版社的基本情况和基本业务,提出希望和要求,使他们对出版社的基本情况有初步了解,同时明确今后工作和学习的目标。第二阶段是社编辑业务培训。社人事部门和总编办公室聘请各有关业务和管理部门具有丰富实践经验的专家,对新进员工进行编辑、出版、发行以及业务管理等基础知识的传授,使新进员工对自己即将从事的工作从感性上提高认识,为今后尽早进入工作角色打下基础。第三阶段是市场调研。社人事部门在发行部的大力协助下,联系了王府井书店和西单图书大厦作为实践基地,组织即将从事编辑、发行业务的新进员工开展为期2个月的市场调研,使他们通过参加图书销售实践,了解地图市场和图书市场现状,熟悉图书销售工作流程,同时通过在市场中近距离接触读者,进一步掌握读者心理,了解读者需求,深刻体验“在市场中求生存”的丰富内涵,并在今后的工作中把读者需求和亲身体验转化为生产力。第四阶段是拓展训练。在市场调研结束后,该社将组织近两年入社的大学生集中进行一次拓展训练,以培养他们的团队精神、增强集体凝聚力,提高团队合作能力,希望他们在以后的工作中能够秉承老一辈中图人团结协作、开拓进取的优良传统,打出漂亮的“攻坚战”。

 

  培训工作从7月9日正式开始,计划于9月底结束。目前各项培训工作正在有条不紊地展开。
