湖北省测绘局采取有力措施，积极抓好党风廉政建设，取得明显成效。

　　一是加强党风廉政教育。坚持开展党风廉政建设宣传教育月活动。根据省纪委部署，该局将每年5月份作为党风廉政建设宣传教育月，积极开展主题宣传教育活动。组织干部党员学习中央、省纪委领导讲话和有关文件，采取讨论交流、廉政格言、举办廉政教育专栏、到革命传统教育基地学习等形式，增强教育效果。组织全局副处级以上的党员干部观看警示教育片，到武昌洪山监狱开展警示教育活动。以典型为引导，开展向先进典型学习活动；还将仙桃市测绘局（全国测绘系统先进单位）和宜昌市测绘局（全国测绘系统先进单位）的先进事迹，制成专题宣传片挂在局域网上，并将制成的宣传光盘下发到各市、州、县测绘局，供大家学习，进一步弘扬新风正气，取得了良好效果。

　　二是严格落实党风廉政建设责任制。近年来，该局以省直机关目标责任制考核为契机，制订了《省测绘局关于贯彻落实省委（鄂发[2005]14号）文件工作任务的分解意见》，每年将反腐倡廉主要目标分解到相关处室，把党风廉政建设与业务工作有机结合，严格实行“一岗双责”。局长与领导班子成员、局领导与分管处室负责人层层签订《党风廉政建设责任书》，建立健全了《副处级以上廉政档案制度》，形成了“分工明确、责任具体、一级抓一级、层层抓落实”的体系，确保将党风廉政建设责任制落到实处。

　　三是建立反腐倡廉长效机制。近年来，该局根据中纪委、省纪委有关领导干部廉洁自律的新要求，结合工作实际，狠抓党风廉政制度建设，先后制定了《省测绘局关于贯彻落实<实施纲要>的实施办法》，完善了《党员干部述职述廉的暂行规定》和《干部谈话制度》，提出了局党组贯彻落实湖北省委《关于贯彻落实〈建立健全和预防腐败体系2008-2012年工作规划〉的实施办法》的意见。制定了《湖北省测绘局公车使用规定》，填写了《省测绘局党员领导干部报告个人有关事项报告表》。
