　　7月21日，国家基础地理信息中心为进一步做好青年职工培训教育工作，帮助新职工尽快融入新环境，组织召开青年职工座谈会。

　　会议介绍了中心人员结构、业务建设、精神文明建设等情况，指出，青年职工是中心的希望，是推动中心发展的骨干力量，希望青年职工尽快融入新环境，立足岗位成才，提高专业素养，勇于迎接挑战，使自己成长为思想素质高、业务能力强的全面人才。与会青年职工结合个人成长过程，从不同侧面畅谈体会，同时对中心青年职工工作提出建议。

　　通过畅谈，青年职工对今后的工作有了更加明晰的定位。大家表示，要尽快完成从校园人到中心人的转变蜕变，立足岗位，加强学习，努力为中心的发展做出贡献。

Conference Center, introduced the staff structure, business-building, spiritual civilization construction, pointed out that young workers is the central hope of the Center is to promote the development of the backbone of the hope that young workers into the new environment as soon as possible, based on talent positions to enhance professionalism, the courage to meet challenges and grow into thinking their high quality, strong all-round business professionals. Combination of young workers participating the process of personal growth, experience about different aspects and at the same time work on the Center for young workers to make recommendations.


Through the talk, youth workers and staff members work in the future have a more clear positioning. Everyone expressed the need to complete the transition from the campus as soon as possible to the center's transformation into, based on positions, to strengthen the study and efforts to contribute to the development of the Center.
