　　近年来，国家测绘局第七地形测量队（海南省测绘院）高度重视青年就业创业工作，先后接收武汉大学、山东科技大学、郑州测绘学校等大专院校的学生到队里实习锻炼，并解决了部分学生的就业问题。今年，大队共接收65名学生到岗实习，其中有10人被正式聘用。

　　作为共青团中央公布的青年就业创业基地单位，国测地形七队将帮助大中专毕业生积累工作经验、提高就业创业能力、为他们将来顺利就业创业打好坚实基础作为重要的工作目标。大队不断加强与各大中院校的合作，为在校学生提供内业处理、测绘工程、地理信息系统开发、遥感科学与工程等见习岗位；重视见习学生的素质培养，根据见习学生就读的专业划分到各作业队见习，做到处处有人带、事事有人管；指定业务精、经验丰富的业务骨干进行传帮带，让见习学生参与测绘生产，加强对见习学生的业务能力、仪器设备操作规程和职业道德培训，使学生能够把所学专业知识运用到实际生产中；注重将见习与就业相结合，根据见习期间的表现，录用优秀见习学生就业；关心见习学生的学习生活，为他们配备生活用品，发放补贴，购买人身意外伤害险，团支部还不定期组织球类比赛、野外拓展训练等活动，丰富学生的文化生活，为学生营造温馨的实习锻炼环境。

　　凡在国测地形七队见习的学生都对这里留下了深刻的印象，认为见习基地互帮互学、团结互助、争先向上的氛围非常浓，在这里不但学到了技术，更深刻体会到了测绘人爱岗敬业的精神。
