7月22日，我国出现了500年一遇的大日食奇观。日全食为科学研究、科学普及和观测欣赏带来难得机遇，但也为交通、生产、通信等带来一定影响。

　　河北省位于日全食带以外、偏食带以内，自8时20份至10时45分，日偏食达79-82.5％。在整个日偏食过程中，河北省测绘局对分布在全省境内的32个“卫星定位综合服务系统”永久性卫星跟踪站进行了连续监测。结果表明，所有跟踪站均以每秒接收卫星信号数据并传输至数据处理中心，工作一切正常，没有出现因日偏食引起的有关间断、延时等现象。
