近日，河南省三门峡市政府出台《关于进一步加强测绘工作的实施意见》（以下简称《意见》）。

　　《意见》要求，各级政府、各部门要充分认识加强测绘工作的重要意义，坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”为指导，以统筹规划、协调发展，保障安全、高效利用，科技推动、服务为本，完善体制，强化监管为基本原则，全面推动测绘工作又好又快发展，发挥测绘在经济社会发展中的的积极作用；要加强测绘规划计划的编制实施工作，完善基础测绘的投入机制，构建基础地理信息公共平台，推进地理信息资源共建共享，拓宽测绘服务领域，更好地满足政府部门和社会人民群众的需要；要在测绘行政管理体制建设，测绘成果管理，地图市场监管和测绘市场监管方面下大力气，切实维护测绘统一监管；要加强对测绘工作的领导，各级测绘行政主管部门要发挥职能作用，认真履行管理责任，使测绘工作上一个新台阶。

Recently, the city of Sanmenxia in Henan Province issued "on the survey and mapping work to further strengthen the implementation of views" (hereinafter referred to as "views").

"Opinions" require, governments at all levels and all departments should fully understand the importance of surveying and mapping work, adhere to Deng Xiaoping Theory and "Three Represents" as guidance, to co-ordinate the planning and coordinated development, protection of safe, efficient use of technology to promote, service-oriented, to perfect the system, strengthen the supervision of the basic principles for a comprehensive survey and mapping work to promote good and fast development, surveying and mapping play in economic and social development of an active role; to strengthen the preparation of planning scheme mapping implementation, improve the basis for mapping the input mechanism to build public platform for the basis of geographic information, and promote sharing of geographic information resources to build and broaden the field of surveying and mapping services to better meet the needs of government departments and social needs of the people; to the construction of the administrative system in mapping, surveying and mapping results-based management, maps, market market supervision and regulation of mapping and make great efforts to effectively unify the supervision of the maintenance of surveying and mapping; to strengthen the leadership over the work of surveying and mapping, surveying and mapping administrative departments at all levels to perform their functions and fulfill management responsibilities, so that the work of surveying and mapping to a new level.
