7月17日，出席数字太原地理空间框架建设项目竣工汇报及推广会的国家测绘局局长徐德明会见了山西省副省长申联彬。

　　徐德明向长期关心、支持测绘工作的山西省委、省人大、省政府表示衷心感谢，对数字太原建设取得成功表示热烈祝贺。徐德明说，数字太原建设成果在政府决策、社会管理、方便民生、服务企业、促进发展方面起到了重要作用，实现了高效服务、精细管理、优化资源、节约费用、降低成本。测绘部门具有技术和数据资源优势，要加快推进测绘成果社会化应用，努力发挥好测绘在经济社会发展中的基础先行和服务保障作用。他希望山西省各级党委、政府和有关部门继续关心、支持测绘事业，共同促进山西测绘事业又好又快发展。他表示，国家测绘局将一如既往地支持山西测绘工作。

　　申联彬代表山西省人民政府，对国家测绘局给予山西测绘工作的支持表示感谢，特别是国家测绘局大力支持数字太原地理空间框架建设，并授予太原市全国第一个数字城市示范市称号，这对于加快山西省数字城市建设进程，服务新基地新山西建设具有重要意义。他希望国家测绘局继续关心和大力支持山西测绘事业发展。
