2009年上半年，国家基础地理信息中心通过一系列举措，不断强化保密工作，收到较好效果。

　　一是不断加强保密教育，严格执行保密制度。该中心把保密工作作为一项重点工作来抓，严格执行有关保密工作规定，不断加强自身保密工作建设。本着预防为主的原则，组织职工观看《大家说法——故意泄露国家秘密》警示教育片；开展涉密计算机信息系统保密审计管理培训班；参加国家局组织的保密教育；组织开展保密承诺书签订工作，进一步增强了职工保密意识，为中心保密工作奠定了可靠的思想基础。

　　二是加强组织建设，落实保密责任 。该中心不断强化涉密计算机信息系统的安全保密管理工作，明确涉密计算机系统管理员、安全保密管理员和系统审计员的职责，健全保密责任制，使各岗位人员职责清晰，任务明确。

　　三是加强网络管理，保障数据安全。该中心对内部安全保密系统进行了升级改造，完成了主机监控与审计软件系统的升级、二次开发及对审计算法与策略进行了全面的修改和提升，并结合中心涉密业务工作的实际，优化涉密计算机信息系统安全保密专用设备配置，保障了安全保密系统的正常运行。

　　四是加强测绘成果管理，杜绝泄密事件发生。该中心制定了《国家基础地理信息中心测绘成果使用与管理暂行办法》，加强内部测绘成果申请、审核、审批、提供、使用管理，细化数据使用、管理、审核部门的职责，提高各类人员对涉密测绘成果安全管理意识。

　　五是完善涉密系统测评工作，保障数据安全。该中心根据国家保密局组织的测评考核，进行了涉密业务网计算机信息系统分级保护测评准备工作，并填写安全保密系统测评报告，以保障数据安全。

Fifth, improve the secret system of evaluation work, the protection of data security.
