中国资源卫星应用中心主任郭建宁１６日透露，国产遥感卫星数据应用取得突破性进展，国际市场竞争力大幅提升，正在进军海外遥感应用市场。

　　郭建宁在此间举行的中国陆地观测卫星第三届用户大会上说，当前我国遥感数据产品正处于由试验应用型向业务服务型转变的重要时期，国内外用户的需求大大加速了国产卫星遥感数据的广泛应用。

　　据郭建宁介绍，２００５年以来，中国资源卫星应用中心用户数量年均增长２００％，数据分发年均增长９８％以上。截至今年６月底，用户从中心下载、拷贝的数据已突破１００万景。中心的注册用户已达５２００个，注册单位用户２５００家，占领了同类型卫星产品国内市场８５％以上的市场份额。

　　在开拓国际市场方面，中国和巴西今年５月２０日在京签署协议，通过设在南非、埃及和西班牙的接收站向非洲地区提供中巴地球资源卫星０２Ｂ星数据，中国首次由遥感对地观测数据进口国变为出口国。此前，中国资源卫星应用中心完成了在南非的建站和数据免费分发。６月份，中心又与泰国政府达成合作建站的协议，不久将实现环境卫星数据在东南亚地区的分发。

　　卫星遥感数据广泛应用于农业、林业、国土资源、城市规划、资源调查、环境保护、减灾防灾等国民经济的众多领域。据了解，１９９１年成立的中国资源卫星应用中心于１９９９年８月首次建成我国资源卫星应用系统。同年１０月，资源一号卫星０１星发射升空，数据处理系统成功运行，我国开始用上了自己的卫星遥感数据。

　　迄今为止，中国资源卫星应用中心负责运行和数据处理、归档、分发的卫星数量有５颗，其中在轨运行３颗。根据国家中长期科技发展规划和航天发展规划，到２０１５年同时在轨运行的陆地观测卫星将达到６至８颗，届时将形成时空协调、全天候、全天时的对地观测数据源，我国空间数据的自给率将进一步提高。

Center has 5200 registered users, 2500 users registered units, occupying the same type of satellite products for more than 85 percent domestic market share of the market.


In opening up international markets, China and Brazil this year on May 20 signed an agreement in Beijing, located in South Africa, Egypt and Spain to Africa, the receiving station to provide China-Brazil Earth Resources Satellite 02B satellite data, China's first Earth observation by remote sensing data-exporting countries to importing countries. Prior to this, China Resources Satellite Application Center was completed in South Africa data siting and distributed free of charge. In June, the Center also co-operation with the Thai Government to reach agreement, will soon achieve environmental satellite data distribution in the Southeast Asian region.


Satellite remote sensing data are widely used in agriculture, forestry, land resources, urban planning, resource surveys, environmental protection, disaster prevention and reduction of many fields, such as the national economy. It is understood that in 1991 the establishment of the China Resources Satellite Application Center in August 1999 completed the first application of China's resources satellites. In October the same year, the resources I satellite was launched 01 satellite, data processing system is running successfully, China began to use its own satellite remote sensing data.


So far, China Resources Satellite Application Center is responsible for operation and data processing, archiving and distribution of satellite number five, including three in-orbit operations. Medium and long-term scientific and technological development in accordance with national planning and space development plan, by 2015, in orbit at the same time the land observation satellites to reach 6-8, the formation of space-time will be coordinated, all-weather, all at the time of Earth observation data sources, China's Spatial Data self-sufficiency rate will be further enhanced.
