2月25日，国家测绘局在兰州市对甘肃省测绘局承担的“面向信息化测绘的摄影测量生产技术体系研究”项目进行鉴定。会议听取了项目工作报告、技术报告、测试报告、查新报告，审阅了用户证明，并对生产现场进行了实地考察，鉴定专家组对项目给予了高度评价，同意该项目通过鉴定。

　　甘肃省测绘局在开展该项目时，采取生产单位与测绘高新技术企业合作的方式，充分发挥各自优势，利用网络及数据库等IT技术，有效集成数字摄影测量、遥感、地理信息系统等专业技术，在对航测生产技术流程进行重新组织与合理构造的同时，对设备资源、数据资源及人力资源进行全面整合与综合利用，带动测绘生产管理体制和运行机制的同步改造，实现了DLG数据采编一体化、内外业一体化、图库一体化即“三个一体化”生产技术流程、生产管理和质量控制的网络化管理生产模式，促进测绘从数字化到信息化的产业升级。该项目成果已经在甘肃省测绘局建立的基于网络化生产与管理的省级基础测绘航测生产示范基地中进行了大规模的应用，大幅提高了甘肃省测绘局基础测绘生产技术水平和应急测绘保障服务能力，具有广阔的应用前景。
