近日，云南省测绘局在全局处级以上干部和局机关党员干部中开展“爱读书，读好书，善读书”（以下简称“三读”）活动，旨在培育广大党员干部读书习惯，在全局上下营造读书氛围，促进广大党员干部顺应时代的发展，实现知识的不断更新，增强干部队伍综合素质，建设学习型党组织和机关。

　　“三读”活动的主要内容是，结合测绘工作实际，制定学习计划，推荐优秀书目，撰写读书心得，组织读书讲座、心得交流和评比活动。为使活动的各项内容落到实处，该局制定了“三读”活动实施方案，成立了活动领导小组，下设办公室负责具体工作。活动办公室将对处以上干部的读书笔记和阅读眉批进行调阅抽查，并在一定范围内进行通报，年终对读书心得体会和感言文章进行评选表彰，并汇编成册。

　　2010年，该局“三读”活动共推荐《提问2010：中国百姓关注的十大民生问题》、《测绘天地纵横谈》、《云南读本》等十多部重点阅读优秀书目，目前活动正按计划顺利开展。

"Third Reading" The main content is a combination of mapping actual work to develop study plans, recommend excellent bibliography, writing reading experience, organizing reading and lectures, experience sharing and assessment activities. In order to implement the various elements of the activities, the Bureau developed a "three-reading" activities to implement the program, set up the Leading Group, comprising the Office is responsible for specific tasks. Activities will be at the Office of cadres at or above reading notes and reading Meipi for access to random and notified within a certain range, end of year reading their feelings and experiences, and reflections on the articles selected to recognize and compiled into books.


By 2010, the Council "Third Reading" activities were recommended "questions 2010: Ten Chinese people concerned about the people's livelihood," "Heaven and Earth Column Mapping", "Yunnan Reader" and other key reading a dozen excellent bibliography, current activities is on program running smoothly.
