煤航新技术产品研发获突破

近日,中煤航测遥感局在北京召开新闻发布会,推出了IMU惯性导航系统及DGPS全球差分定位系统、E鸟巡检系统、三维地测空间信息系统和SAR遥感应用系统等4项3S新技术和产品,这是煤航在自主创新方面取得的又一重大突破。

 

  IMU惯性导航系统及DGPS全球差分定位系统在实践中解决了惯导飞行关键性问题及数据后处理作业的有关问题,应用在陕西铜川1:500、1:1000、1:2000比例尺地形图测图中,取得了满意的效果,并通过了李德仁院士等专家的鉴定。专家组认为,该项研究推动了IMU/DGPS辅助技术在大比例尺数码航摄中的应用,在国内居于领先水平。

 

  E鸟巡检系统是针对石油、天然气、电力、电信和城市管网等行业开发的实时监控、轨迹回放、数据采样、井位与管线测绘和安全预警的新科技成果。它将GPS获得的位置信息及录入的巡检数据(如管线名称,泄露、开挖、腐蚀、人为破坏情况等),通过网络传输到相关的地理信息系统中,管理部门通过地理信息系统可直观、实时地掌握巡检人员的工作情况和野外管线(或设备)的运行情况,实现了可视化操作和生产管理的信息化,大大提高了故障排除的速度,降低了管理成本。该系统已获得国家实用新型专利。

 

  三维地测空间信息系统是针对煤田资源勘探、开发研发的专业化真三维可编辑地质模型。该系统采用二维、三维一体化的构架模式,在高精度的三维模型下,实现了二维和三维图形的灵活互转、空间观测和空间分析,可真实再现煤层、巷道、钻孔及其与地面物体之间的空间关系。

 

  SAR遥感应用系统是“863计划”高效能航空SAR遥感应用系统项目子课题,是国家重点投资并大力发展的测绘示范的对地观测技术。该系统能穿透云雾、烟尘,对地面植被具有一定的穿透性,可以大面积快速获取地物的三维空间位置和微小形变,尤其适用于传统光学传感器成像困难的地区。它的研制成功,有力地推进了机载InSAR(合成孔径雷达干涉测量)系统的业务化运行,不仅可以提取数字高程模型,而且成为测制数字正射影像、数字线划图的高新技术手段之一。
