《甘肃省测绘成果管理办法》（以下简称《办法》）经过各级测绘行政主管部门和有关政府部门的调研、讨论和反复修改，2010年1月14日经省人民政府第48次常务会议讨论通过，第65号令公布，从3月1日起施行。徐守盛省长从进一步认识测绘成果对经济社会发展的重要性、加强测绘成果的管理、关注公共测绘促进成果应用三个方面对《办法》的贯彻落实作了重要讲话，提出了要求。

　　当前，测绘成果的应用范围更加广泛，需求量大大增加，使用主体由行政、事业单位、国企发展到全社会各个方面，测绘成果不仅面向全社会提供服务，而且已成为实现可持续发展的一种重要保障手段，成为实现信息化的一个重要基础，但同时需求与管理、提供与利用的矛盾也越来越突出。《办法》的出台将有利于解决上述问题。

　　《办法》共20条，主要从测绘成果管理体制、测绘成果汇交和管理制度、测绘成果共享与保密、重要地理信息数据的发布等方面做了明确规定，将对全省测绘成果的依法提供、使用、管理、汇交、共享、保护、涉密等发挥重要的作用。

　　日前，省测绘局下发《关于认真学习贯彻<甘肃省测绘成果管理办法>的通知》,要求各市州测绘行政主管部门要安排一定时间，认真组织管理人员、测绘单位学习、宣传，并做好贯彻实施工作。

The "Rules" published will help to resolve these issues.

Recently, the Provincial Mapping Bureau issued the "About conscientiously study and implement" results-based management approach to surveying and mapping in Gansu Province "notice" requiring municipal administrative department for surveying and mapping the state to arrange for some time, careful organization and management personnel, surveying and mapping units of learning, advocacy, and do a good job the implementation of the work.
