　　冯先光在讲话中说，四川测绘局一直致力于丰富和更新四川省基础地理信息数据，努力建设以“数字四川”地理空间框架为主要内容的地理信息公共服务体系，其目标就是建立全省统一的、权威的地理信息公共服务平台，促进信息资源的整合、共享和充分利用，加快城市信息化进程。这次四川测绘局与泸州市政府建立地理信息资源合作关系，加强双方在促进地理信息产业发展方面的友好合作、实现基础地理空间数据的共享、建立突发应急事件联动应对保障机制，可以促进地理信息资源在泸州市国民经济建设和政府决策等方面的广泛应用，为泸州市政府及相关部门在土地利用动态监测、人口资源管理、土地资源调查、环境监测及预报、防洪防汛、减灾防灾等领域提供及时的基础测绘保障和地理空间框架支撑，为泸州市国民经济可持续发展做出更大的贡献。

　　刘国强在讲话中说，协议的签订，必将促进理信息数据资源在泸州市国民经济建设和政府决策中的广泛应用，提升泸州应对突发事件的能力。泸州市将以此为契机，加强与四川测绘局的联系沟通，加大资金投入，优化地理信息公共服务平台共享环境，尽早启动项目，落实资金，使地理信息数据资源尽快发挥作用。

　　合作协议包括开展合作的目的和原则、合作的内容、组织领导与协调、成果使用、知识产权与保密等事项。

The Surveying and Mapping Bureau of Luzhou City, Sichuan Government to establish geographic information resources and cooperative relations, strengthen cooperation in the promotion of geographic information industry development in the friendly cooperation and achieve basic geospatial data sharing, the establishment of emergency response to protect the emergency event linkage mechanism can contribute to geographic Information Resources in Luzhou national economic construction and government decision-making, etc. widely used, in order to Luzhou City government and relevant departments in land-use dynamic monitoring, human resources management, land resource surveys, environmental monitoring and forecasting, flood prevention, flood control, disaster prevention to provide timely basis for mapping the field of security and geo-spatial framework of support for sustainable economic growth in Luzhou City, make a greater contribution.


Liu Guoqiang said in his speech, signing of the agreement will promote the management information data resources in Luzhou City in the national economic construction and the extensive use of government decision-making, enhance Luzhou deal with unexpected incidents. Luzhou will take this opportunity to strengthen the link with the Sichuan Bureau of Surveying and Mapping communication, increase capital investment, optimize the geographic information of public service platform for shared environment, as soon as possible to start projects, fund, so that GIS data resources to play a role as soon as possible.
