近日，黑龙江省召开测绘管理工作会议，对全省地理信息市场专项整治工作先进集体、先进单位进行了表彰，颁发了奖牌和奖金。

　　一年多来，黑龙江省全面落实《国务院办公厅转发测绘局等部门关于整顿和规范地理信息市场秩序意见的通知》（国办发〔2009〕4号）精神，成立了省地理信息市场专项整治工作领导小组，制定了工作方案，完成了动员部署、组织实施、落实整改、总结验收四个阶段的工作。

　　在地理信息市场专项整治工作全过程中，各级测绘行政主管部门积极履行牵头职责，积极与地方政府和相关单位协调，进一步促进了各级地方政府的重视。各成员单位积极配合，完善了联动机制，进一步健全了测绘市场监管长效机制。省地理信息市场专项整治工作在各级测绘行政主管部门和成员单位的共同努力下，取得了可喜的成绩,达到了预期的目标。黑龙江省自查工作的“六查”工作内容被列入了全国的工作示范。通过专项整治工作，进一步提高了从业单位依法测绘、依法经营、依法保密的意识。全省检查出涉密、无证和其他违法三个方面的案件，共涉及11个单位，共罚款近8万元，整治涉及地图网站1万多家，没收非法地图制品5000余份。目前,尚有2起案件正在调查之中。
