日前，云南省测绘局召开高级专业技术人员迎春座谈会，学习李克强副总理对测绘工作的重要批示，传达全国测绘局长会议精神，总结“十一五”前4年全局测绘科技工作和人才队伍建设情况，并提出2010年测绘科技工作目标任务。全局高级专业技术人员约70人参加座谈会。

　　2010年云南局科技工作要做好8个方面的工作：一是制定好“十二五”测绘发展规划和测绘科技发展规划，明确发展思路、目标、任务和措施。二是着力推进重点项目，不断打造精品工程。三是加强基础测绘工作，抓好“数字安宁”和“数字玉溪”地理空间框架示范项目建设，为全力打造“数字云南”奠定基础。四是加快技术装备和设施的升级换代，引进无人飞行器航摄系统，提高地理信息快速获取、处理和传输能力。五是加强科技创新，夯实发展基础，加快推进信息化测绘体系建设。六是整合数据资源，推进地理信息公共服务平台建设，丰富测绘服务内容，加强测绘服务能力建设。七是发展地理信息产业，促进地理信息社会化应用。八是加强科技人才队伍建设，积极培养领军人才，加强学术交流。

Third, strengthen basic surveying and mapping work, do a good job "Digital peace" and "Digital Yuxi" geo-spatial framework of the demonstration projects, in order to fully create a "digital Yunnan" basis. 4 The pace of technological upgrading of equipment and facilities, the introduction of unmanned aerial vehicle system to enhance the rapid geographic information acquisition, processing and transmission capacity. 5 is to strengthen scientific and technological innovation, strengthening the foundation for development and accelerating the information mapping system. 6 is to integrate data resources, to promote public service platform construction of geographic information and enrich the content of surveying and mapping services, surveying and mapping services, capacity-building. 7 the development of geographic information industry, to promote application of geographical information society. 8 is to strengthen the scientific and technical personnel, and actively cultivate leading talents, and enhance academic exchanges.
