2月1日，福建省科技厅组织有关专家，对福建省基础地理信息中心承担的福建省科技重点项目《三维地理空间信息网络平台及应用示范关键技术研究》进行验收,专家验收组认为该项目达到了所规定的各项技术指标，一致同意该项目通过验收。

　　该项目福建省科技厅投入15万元，福建省测绘局配套投入165万元。项目完成了福建省三维地理空间信息网络平台的建设，以及基于本平台建设的车辆监控应用示范系统和地震应急指挥辅助决策应用示范系统。该平台加载了多种尺度的卫星影像、矢量数据、地名和建筑模型，实现了三维地理信息的快速查询、浏览和省情、政务信息的直观展示，以及基于网络的可定制服务，可满足政府部门管理应用需求，可为社会公众提供空间信息服务,并拓展应用于数字武夷三维旅游服务平台、延平区森林防火地理信息系统等多个应用系统中。同时，福建省三维基础地理信息网络平台的建立，可成为福建省行业应用的基础性信息平台。通过这个平台，将整个福建的地物、地貌、地表覆盖和各种地理信息及人文信息在网络上展示，宣传城市面貌和经济发展，提高福建全省主要城市影响力，促进旅游，吸引投资,带来新的商机。

Completion of the project in Fujian three-dimensional geospatial information network platform for building and construction based on the platform, application and demonstration of the vehicle monitoring systems, and earthquake emergency decision support application and demonstration of the system. The platform scale load a variety of satellite images, vector data, place names and building models to achieve the rapid three-dimensional geographic information query, browse and situation in the province, the Chief of the visual display of information, as well as Web-based services can be customized to meet departments to manage the application requirements, provide space for public information services, and expand into the digital Wuyi 3D travel services platform, Yanping forest fire prevention systems, multiple applications of geographic information systems. Meanwhile, the Fujian-based three-dimensional network platform for the establishment of geographic information can serve as the basis for industrial applications in Fujian Province of information platform. Through this platform, the entire Fujian surface features, topography, land cover and a variety of geographic information and human information on the network show to promote urban landscape and economic development, enhance the influence of major cities in Fujian province, to promote tourism, attract investment, bring new business opportunities.
