近日,北京市测绘设计研究院举办通讯员培训暨座谈会。培训采取专家授课、作品点评、职工优秀作品诵读欣赏、集体座谈等方式，增强通讯员新闻写作常识和文学写作技巧。

　　培训班邀请中国测绘宣传中心主编辛英授课，重点讲解新闻写作的基本常识。辛英深入浅出，由点带面，从新闻的概念、如何发现新闻线索、培养新闻敏感度、两种常见新闻文体写作技巧等方面对参训人员进行系统的培训。通过新闻理论讲解与作品点评相结合的方式，极大地激发了通讯员的创作热情，使通讯员开阔了眼界，增长了见识。期间，辛英还与培训学员进行互动，对学员提出的问题一一解答，对大家关注的热点问题以通俗易懂的方式，有针对性地给予具体的指点和指导。

　　培训班取得圆满成功，受到了学员们欢迎。学员们反映受益匪浅，学有所获，学有所得，意犹未尽，希望以后能举办更多这样有意义的培训。
