　　会议详细介绍了国家地理信息公共服务平台建设目标、总体架构、建设与服务模式、主要数据规范及数据整合处理基本流程、在线服务系统基本结构与功能、运行支持系统设计与部署要求、省级节点建设与运行保障经验、商业地理信息资源服务策略以及平台建设中应重视的问题等。参训人员还就平台技术设计、管理机制展开了深入讨论。

　　会议要求，各单位要认清形势、明确目标、责任到位、狠抓落实，做好平台建设工作。

　　与会人员一致认为，此次培训非常及时，培训内容丰富详实，了解了平台建设进展，明确了2010年平台建设主要任务，对于各省市区平台设计与建设具有非常重要的指导作用。

2 to 3 February, sponsored by the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping, the National Geomatics Center of China hosted the national geographic information platform construction of the first phase of public service technical training courses were held in Beijing. From all 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities mapping platform construction administrative department heads and relevant technical personnel 90 people to attend the training.

Attendants were also on the platform technology, design, management mechanism to initiate in-depth discussions.


The meeting called for all units to recognize the situation, clear objectives, responsibility, pay close attention to implementation, good platform for building work.


The participants agreed that the training is very timely and informative content-rich training to learn about the platform construction progress, clear platform construction of the main tasks in 2010, for design and construction of platforms in various provinces and cities have a very important role in guiding.
