郑小明代表陕西省人民政府向全省测绘工作者表示亲切慰问，要求全省各级测绘行政主管部门要按照国家测绘局和陕西省委、省政府的工作部署，提高认识，努力工作，推动全省测绘工作上新台阶，为陕西发展做出应有的贡献。

　　宋超智在讲话中充分肯定了陕西测绘工作，传达了全国测绘局长会议精神。宋超智要求，2 01 0年，陕西测绘部门要按照李克强副总理重要批示，围绕中心，服务大局，认真贯彻落实国家测绘局和陕西省委、省政府各项决策部署，树立和强化大测绘、大产业的理念，充分发挥自身优势和潜力，进一步解放思想、敢为人先，百折不挠、励精图治，找准工作抓手，通过重点工作的完成和难点工作的突破带动全局工作的开展，不断占领发展制高点。宋超智强调， 2010年陕西测绘工作，一要健全体制机制，切实提高测绘依法行政水平；二要加强基础测绘，切实加快数字建设速度；三要加强应用服务，大力发展地理信息产业。

　　陕西测绘局局长白贵霞向大会作《提高认识强化服务，推动全省测绘事业稳步健康发展》的工作报告，并与全省各设区市、杨凌示范区测绘行政主管部门签订《2010年测绘行政主管部门目标考核责任书》。会上，陕西测绘局公布了对各地测绘行政主管部门2009年目标责任考核结果，对考核结果为优秀和良好的测绘行政主管部门给予奖励。
