　　2009年，陕西测绘局认真贯彻党的十七大精神，以开展学习实践科学发展观活动为契机，以服务国家“保增长、扩内需、调结构”为主线，明确发展思路，制订发展措施，按照《陕西省人民政府关于进一步加强测绘工作的实施意见》要求，加强统一监管，加强基础测绘，加强应用服务，加强科技创新，加强队伍建设，各项工作全面推进。全局共完成服务总值3.39亿元，同比增长20%。

　　2010年,陕西测绘局总体工作要求：全面贯彻党的十七大和十七届三中、四中全会精神，以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，按照党中央、国务院以及国家测绘局的决策部署，加快实施创新兴局、人才强测战略，构建数字陕西、丰富地理信息，搭建共享平台、保障社会需求，完善体制机制、强化统一监管，创建和谐测绘、推动科学发展，加强基础测绘工作，提高应用服务水平，改善技术装备条件，加大自主创新力度，强化人才队伍建设，切实营造事业发展良好环境，谋划“十二五”测绘工作，努力开创各项工作新局面。

　　会议提出了2010年要推进的八项重点工作：一是抓好大项目实施，切实加强基础地理信息资源建设；二是加快公共地理信息平台建设，进一步推进地理信息资源共建共享；三是加大科技创新力度，切实提高自主创新能力；四是创新工作机制，切实加强人才队伍建设；五是加大投入力度，切实改善测绘技术装备条件；六是建立长效机制，切实加强党的建设和测绘文化建设；七是认真编制规划，切实谋划好“十二五”发展目标；八是加强测绘统一监管，切实营造测绘事业发展的良好环境。

　　会议表彰了2008-2009年度局安全生产先进单位和先进个人，2009年度局优质测绘成果和2008-2009年度局质量工作先进集体和先进生产个人，2008-2009年度局工会先进集体和先进个人。兑现2009年度局属各单位目标责任制考核奖励。白贵霞局长与局属各单位签订2010年度工作目标考核责任书。
