1月27日，江苏省地理信息市场专项整治领导小组向全省各市地理信息市场专项整治工作领导小组，驻宁省（部）属地理信息相关单位发出通知，全面部署地理信息市场专项整治总结验收阶段工作。

　　通知指出，近一年来，全省各市、各部门深入贯彻落实《国务院办公厅转发测绘局等部门关于整顿和规范地理信息市场秩序意见的通知》精神，按照《江苏省地理信息市场专项整治工作方案》要求，完成了动员部署、组织实施、落实整改阶段各项工作，全省地理信息市场专项整治成效显著，初战告捷。自2010年1月开始，专项整治工作转入总结验收阶段。

　　通知要求，各市、各部门要围绕工作方案提出的组织市场检查、查处违法案件、开展警示教育等工作重点，根据苏信整〔2009〕1号、3号和5号文件要求，扎实开展总结验收工作。要结合各市、各部门实际制定检查验收计划，明确检查验收目的、内容、时间和步骤，落实验收人员，制定验收措施。要认真检查各项工作的开展和各项目标完成情况，针对重点单位、重点部门、重点岗位开展检查验收，着重抓好“问题单位”整改回头看。组织检查验收要严格坚持听取汇报、查阅材料、现场检查、召开座谈会等程序。省整治办将有重点地选择对市级专项整治工作和有关单位、部门的专项整治工作进行检查验收。

　　通知强调，做好地理信息市场专项整治总结验收阶段工作，是巩固整治工作成效，建立长效机制的关键环节，各市、各部门要切实抓好验收、建制、总结和表彰四项工作，努力实现“四好”目标，要着眼于加强信息互通互享、联合开展市场检查、联合查办违法案件、建立联动的市场动态监测与预警机制。要着力将此次专项整治的各项实践成果转化为制度性成果，建立起地理信息市场监管的长效机制。要认真总结建设长效机制的好做法、好经验，为在全省范围内建好地理信息市场监管的长效机制奠定基础。
