在1月25日举行的全国测绘局长会议上获悉，为满足新农村建设对测绘保障服务的急需，2009年国家测绘局开展了快捷、实用的测绘保障服务。据统计，累计测绘各类地形图和影像地图7万多幅，编制专题地图300多张，建设县域基础地理信息平台9个，开发涉农地理信息服务系统18个。在新农村建设规划、农村交通水利电力设施建设、村镇建设、生态与环境建设、农业信息化建设、农村防灾减灾等方面发挥了重要作用。

　　据介绍，在全面推进国家测绘局下达的“百镇千村测图”、“一村一图”项目建设中，北京市走在了前面，并已完成了村庄规划管理地理信息系统建设，实现了对全市村庄体系规划、村庄经济信息查询、统计分析等计算机数字库管理，特别是实现了相关部门数据资源的共建共享，为全面促进北京市新农村建设提供了有效的测绘保障服务。

　　国家测绘局相关负责人表示，2010年将加快实施新农村测绘保障工程和城镇基础测绘，为推进社会主义新农村建设、大力发展县域经济做好服务。

　　为进一步支持新农村测绘保障工作，开展国土资源调查与监测，为防灾减灾、农林水利、生态环境、城市规划与建设、交通和国防建设等领域提供有效的服务，国家测绘局还表示，我国第一颗自主的民用高分辨率立体测绘卫星“资源三号”将于2011年发射升空，资源三号卫星集测绘和资源调查功能于一体，主要用于生产全国1:5万基础地理信息产品，以及1:2.5万等更大比例尺地图的修测和更新。
