近日，以浙港服务业合作与展望为主题的“2010香港?浙江周”在香港隆重开幕。宁波市在开幕式上共有5个重大项目签约，总投资额达170亿港币，协议利用资金50亿港币。在浙江周展示活动中，由宁波市测绘设计研究院制作的宁波北仑（春晓）滨海新城城市三维仿真动画景观，吸引了省、市领导和来宾的目光，充分展示了宁波滨海新城的活力，为滨海新城增添了亮丽的色彩。

　　2009年10月，宁波市政府印发关于同意北仑区春晓镇总体规划（2008年-2030年）的批复，宁波北仑（春晓）滨海新城建设指挥部加快实施步伐，全方位开展与香港的交流与合作。为加强宣传工作，2009年12月上旬市政府与宁波市测绘设计研究院签订了技术服务合同，要求在30天内，即香港?浙江周开幕式前，完成宁波北仑（春晓）滨海新城城市三维仿真动画制作。

　　宁波市测绘设计研究院拥有覆盖宁波的三维仿真数据库，近30名三维测绘数字产品研发团体，曾多次完成数字规划项目。签订合同后，该院立即根据规划设计内容，结合航空摄影资料，采用三维仿真技术，加班加点，又好又快地完成了滨海新城城市三维仿真动画设计、制作任务。
