青海省测绘局会同省通信管理局、省国家安全局、省工商局、省文化和新闻出版局、省国家保密局、省军区等部门召开全省整顿和规范地理信息市场秩序工作会议，并向全省下发了《关于开展整顿和规范地理信息市场秩序自查工作的通知》，要求各有关单位认真开展地理信息市场秩序的自查工作，经过不懈努力，目前已取得了阶段性成果。

　　根据自查和测绘市场的调研摸底情况，由青海省测绘局牵头会同7部门组成3个检查组对果洛、玉树、黄南、海南、海北和海西蒙古族藏族自治州，格尔木市、海东地区、西宁市的地理信息市场进行专项检查，对在检查中发现的无证测绘、“三无”地图、涉密泄密等违法行为进行了处理。截至2009年底，省测绘局、省国家保密局、省国家安全厅已经对55家单位发出责令整改通知，这些单位已陆续将整改结果上报各相关部门。

　　专项检查有效地增强了全省各有关部门、单位领导安全保密意识和责任感，进而推进全省地理信息市场整治工作的深入进行，促进并规范了全省地理信息市场秩序健康发展。
