日前，人力资源和社会保障部全国职业技能竞赛组织委员会向各有关单位印发《关于表彰2009年全国职业技能竞赛活动优秀组织单位和优秀裁判员的决定》。国家测绘局职业技能鉴定指导中心被授予“全国职业技能竞赛活动优秀组织奖”荣誉称号，天津市测绘院杨玉忠同志被授予“全国职业技能竞赛活动优秀裁判员”荣誉称号，并颁发了奖牌和证书。
