　　该局坚持特事特办、急事快办、难事帮办的原则，实施规划审批绿色通道，快速为该工程办理了建设项目选址意见书及建设用地规划许可证。之后，该局测绘人员克服场地条件差、视野不开阔、不利于仪器作业的复杂环境，高质量完成了该项工程的现场拨地定桩和地形图测绘任务，为小区的后续建设工作提供了科学及时的测绘服务。该局还按照“经济、适用”的设计原则，充分考虑到低收入居民及拆迁群众的房屋需求特点，抽调多名技术人员加班加点完成了居住小区规划设计工作。
