　2009年，青海省基础地理信息中心坚持以服务经济社会发展为出发点和落脚点，认真履行职责，全力为扩大内需和青海省重点工程建设提供测绘保障取得了可喜成绩。

　　一是测绘保障水平不断提高。《青海省基础地理信息设施建设项目》顺利开展，《三江源区生态环境遥感动态监测地理信息系统》和《柴达木循环经济试验区地理信息系统》积极推进，第二次国土资源调查共和、贵德两县的任务接近尾声。相继完成了青海明长城测量、《地图见证青海发展60年》、青海湖面积量算等工作，开发了《青海测绘地图网》。局网站改版工作也在12月完成并运行。

　　二是基础地理信息成果服务与应用成效显著。地图部和遥感部24小时加班加点为控制青海省兴海县发生的罕见的肺鼠疫恶性传染病疫情制作的地图和三维演示得到了省领导的好评。

　　三是为社会各界提供服务的方式呈现出多样性。编制了新版青海旅游图，积极开展了对用户提供一揽子数据加工、系统开发、典型应用等综合应用服务。
