　　为了供各级领导全面了解陕西省的基本省情、改革发展成果，进行科学管理、远景规划，提供决策依据，按照国家测绘局关于编制领导机关用图的总体部署，陕西测绘局联合陕西省发展和改革委员会共同组织编制了供省各级领导专用的《陕西省领导用图》。该图集是运用最新的陕西省基础测绘成果和省有关厅局提供的权威专题现势资料，根据省经济建设发展规划和省领导关注的重点内容，将陕西省近年来的自然资源、经济建设、主要经济区域的地理信息以及发展规划等内容，用地图科学、系统、形象、直观、艺术的表现形式，综合编撰而成。

　　该图集由基本省情、经济建设和地理信息三个部分组成，共30个幅面，42幅图。基本省情图组主要反映陕西省的政区、地形、交通、水系、人口、气候、土地利用、森林、动植物、矿产资源和自然灾害等内容；经济建设图组主要反映陕西省的交通规划、城镇体系、工业布局、优势农产品、开发区、电力、旅游、生态环境、物流园区、退耕还林等内容；地理信息图组主要反映陕北、关中、陕南以及关中——天水经济区，基础地理信息情况。

　　为了读图的方便，图集打破了常规的地图装帧设计手法，专门设计为大幅面4开，上装订，封面右为目录，并突出每幅图的页码，易于读者翻阅和查找地图内容，并为省主要领导配备了供摆放和查阅地图使用的图架。

　　近日，陕西省测绘局将《陕西省领导用图》和图架赠送给省委、省人大、省政府、省政协等省级领导,随后将陆续向有关部门领导赠送。为提高地图的实用性和现势性，陕西省测绘局将组织地图编制单位——西安地图出版社，编辑设计人员积极收集读者意见，定期对图集内容进行更新和完善。

The atlas from the basic situation in the province, economic development and geographic information of three parts, a total of 30 format, 42 Chart. The basic situation in the province of Shaanxi Province plans major group reflects the political area, terrain, traffic, water, population, climate, land use, forests, flora and fauna, mineral resources and natural disasters, etc.; economic development plan group mainly reflects the planning of transport in Shaanxi Province , urban systems, industrial layout, dominant agricultural products, development zones, power, tourism, environment, logistics parks, forest etc.; GIS Map Group mainly reflected in northern Shaanxi, Guan in southern Shaanxi, and Guanzhong - Tianshui economic zone, the basis of geographic information.


In order to interpret drawings convenience, atlas maps of binding to break the conventional design techniques, specifically designed for large-format 4 open, on the binding, cover the right for the directory, and highlight the page number for each pictures, easy to readers to read and find maps content, and equipped with the leadership of the provincial key for display and access to maps using the graph frame.
