近日，湖北省测绘局向局属各单位、机关各处室印发《党员领导干部民主生活会制度的通知》（以下简称《通知》）。

　　《通知》指出，党员领导干部民主生活会制度的制定，对于贯彻落实《中共湖北省委关于加强和改进省直机关党的建设的意见》精神，进一步提高党员领导干部民主生活会质量，促进党员领导干部民主生活会的制度化、规范化具有积极的指导作用。

　　《通知》明确，党员领导干部民主生活会基本内容有九条。一是贯彻落实党的路线、方针、政策以及国家有关法律法规情况。二是贯彻执行上级党组织所作的决定、决议情况。三是领导班子坚持民主集中制、中心组学习、民主生活会、廉政建设与监督和干部谈话等制度的执行情况。四是维护党的团结和统一，坚持原则和遵守党纪、政纪情况。五是调查研究，联系群众，艰苦奋斗，改进领导作风情况。六是立党为公，廉洁自律，公仆意识，勤政为民情况。七是领导班子成员在坚持科学发展观，树立正确的政绩观和权力观、地位观、利益观等方面的情况。八是领导班子成员思想、工作、学习、生活等方面的情况。九是上级规定的其它关于召开民主生活会的内容。

　　《通知》还对民主生活会召开的对象、时间、原则、步骤、监督检查等方面作出了明确规定。
