11月10日，湖北省测绘局组织专家对《数字鄂州三维模型建设工程》项目进行验收。

　　专家组听取了项目组的总结报告，审阅了文档资料，观看了成果演示，并进行了质询和讨论，认为《数字鄂州三维模型建设工程》项目完成了设计任务，达到了预定目标，实现了三维模型在城市规划领域的有效应用和探索，一致同意通过验收。

　　《数字鄂州三维模型建设工程》项目建模范围为60平方千米，覆盖了鄂州中心城区。建模内容包括建筑物、水系、植被、道路、桥梁、路灯以及其他独立地物。项目集成三维模型数据、数字高程模型数据、数字正射影像数据等，总数据量达到30GB。三维模型充分展示了长江之滨旅游城市山、水、城浑然一体的秀丽风光和富有时代气息的现代城市建筑，以及具有丰富文化底蕴的古建筑，实现了大范围三维场景的可视化浏览，真实、客观地反映了鄂州市的城市风貌，体现出三维地图信息量丰富、形象直观和展现能力强等特点。

　　《数字鄂州三维模型建设工程》项目的顺利实施，预示着城市三维地图在虚拟城市规划、辅助城市管理、体现城市建筑特色、服务城市经济建设等诸多方面将有着广泛的应用前景。
